The first meeting is an overview of the material
that we will be covering over the course of the sessions, along with the
introduction of the trainers and what they will be teaching. All of the
trainers are CPP certified. They will go over the pre-requirements governed
by APA in order to qualify to take the test, test locations and the methods
in which you can register and pay the fee.
There is a lot of material to cover in this short
period. There will be a pre-test that first night to gauge the student level of knowledge. This will assist with determining the area we may need to concentrate on more than others.
There will be a short quiz after each session - there are 10 sessions.
Due to the volume of the material, some sessions will be split into two.
There will also be a post-test taken at the end of the course, which will be 100
questions. I will provide a metrics as to where the overall class stands,
based on the test results.
